Chengdu Xinzhu Road & Bridge Machinery Co., Ltd, founded in 2001 with its registered capital of 655 million yuan and headquarter located in Xinjin Industrial Park in Chengdu, Sichuan, was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2010 under stock code 002480. In August of 2018, Sichuan Development Holding Co.,Ltd.

Xinzhu Corporation was set up.

Xinzhu engineering components entered the high-speed train industry, becoming one of the first CRCC certified companies.

Chengdu Changke Xinzhu Railway Vehicles Equipment CO., Ltd. was established. Xinzhu set foot into the area of urban rail vehicle manufacturing.

A new track system was developed.

The manufacturing of the first “made in Sichuan” tram was completed.

Acquisition of Shanghai Aowei Technology Development Co., Ltd

Mass delivery of metro trains.
